The personal data that we collect
We may be required to collect the following types of personal data concerning you:
- your surname and first name(s);
- the name of your company;
- payment information;
- your business postal address or that of your company;
- your business email address or that/those of your company;
- your business landline or mobile telephone number;
- delivery information;
- and other types of non‐sensitive personal data:
- details of your professional activity or that of your company
- your job title
- business information on your company.

How long is your personal data kept for?
We will only keep personal data if it is required for a specific purpose. We are required by law to keep certain files for a specified minimum period, such as personal data relating to the purchase of a product or service from the CTP. We will keep your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the services, products and information you request, or in accordance with the applicable law and our data retention policy, which we apply under the GDPR. We will also keep and use this personal data if necessary to meet our legal obligations, settle claims, and assert our commitments. Information that is no longer necessary for a valid commercial purpose and that we are not required to keep under an applicable law will be systematically destroyed via secure means.
Who do we share your personal data with?
We do not share personal data.

How do we protect your information?
We use reasonable and adequate administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss and theft, against any unauthorised use, access or disclosure, and against modification or destruction.
