Club STEP is a training course held each year at a different French industrial site and aimed at operators or process, quality, environment and energy managers:

• Keep abreast of scientific and technical advances in the fields of water and energy management
• Benefit from the advice and experience of other energy managers or wastewater treatment plant managers from the paper and cardboard inter-sector.

18 and 19 June 2025 - Water Management
This year's themes will be "Controlling secondary effluent treatment processes" (One session of 1.5 days face-to-face)

• Controlling filamentous overrun in activated sludge
• Quality and activity control of anaerobic granular sludge
• Diagnosis and corrective action

This session will be based on plenary presentations and workshops for discussion between participants.
