📅 On 7–8 October 2026, the CTP Club STEP will bring together operators, process managers, quality, environment, energy and maintenance professionals at Essity's industrial site in Hondouville, Normandy, France, for a new edition dedicated to knowledge sharing and professional development.

💧 Theme for 2026: "Water Efficiency and Sludge Recovery"
Over the course of 1.5 days, participants will benefit from technical presentations, practical feedback from industry experts, networking opportunities, and a guided visit of the site's wastewater treatment plant.
The programme will focus on two key themes:
✔️ Strategies to reduce water consumption and increase effluent recycling
✔️ Sludge recovery: what alternatives exist to land spreading and incineration?

 The Club STEP is an annual training event hosted each year by a different French industrial site. It is designed for wastewater treatment plant operators as well as process, environmental and maintenance managers wishing to:
🔹 Keep up to date with the latest scientific and technical developments in water management;
🔹 Benefit from the experience and best practices shared by professionals from across the paper and board industry.
