Commission Guidance document on PPWR
The European Commission published a guidance document on 31/03/2026 regarding Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR). It specifies, in particular, the methods and limits for PFAS in force on 12 August 2026: Guidance document on Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) - Environment.
